Loaf of Beard news!
Fantastic news from Loaf of Beard, the main act on Skoghall Rekordings. The second LP entitled
<< Privilege and Other Poisons >> will emerge on International Workers Day, May 1st 2026. There will also be live excursions in Sweden later that month in Stockholm at Larrys Corner and (probably tbc) at Skogfesten in the woods north west of Åmål.

Karlstad debut!
It seems pretty ridiculous, but last Sunday I actually played as Dave Procter for the first time in Värmland since I moved here from the UK.
I performed alongside the good folk at Wermland Voltage Control, a group of local synthheads and yes they had some great kit! I used my harsh noise wall setup of radio, MT2 metal pedal and bass EQ pedal and it sounded great through the PA at Folkteatern Järnet in Karlstad.
The really great news is that folk came to support and it was all filmed and exists on YouTube as attached -

Loaf of Beard news
The process of mixing and mastering is well underway for the second Loaf of Beard LP. There is no title as yet, but we promise you an LP to be enjoyed. Expect electropunk, elements of drum and bass and jungle, songs about elks, the arseholes who run the world, the mundanity of mobile phones, right wing edgelords and so on. Gripping stuff.

On Sunday 18th January, myself and Karl Boson who is sharing the space with me, finish our installation with talks about our art and we will also do some solo music sets.
