In a few weeks, electronic music creators in Karlstad will have a meeting to discuss starting an EMOM, tentatively named << Klang Karlstad >> and hopefully starting in autumn this year in the city. We have an interested space for hosting the event, provisionally, so more to come on that.

Apparently Rabies Beefburger and Chisel of the band were too excited to wait until May for the release so Skoghall Rekordings brought forward the release date to today.
Fantastic news from Loaf of Beard, the main act on Skoghall Rekordings. The second LP entitled
<< Privilege and Other Poisons >> will emerge on International Workers Day, May 1st 2026. There will also be live excursions in Sweden later that month in Stockholm at Larrys Corner and (probably tbc) at Skogfesten in the woods north west of Åmål.

Today DRET Skivor lets its 51st release loose on the world. Turn the bass up and relax........
It seems pretty ridiculous, but last Sunday I actually played as Dave Procter for the first time in Värmland since I moved here from the UK.
I performed alongside the good folk at Wermland Voltage Control, a group of local synthheads and yes they had some great kit! I used my harsh noise wall setup of radio, MT2 metal pedal and bass EQ pedal and it sounded great through the PA at Folkteatern Järnet in Karlstad.
The really great news is that folk came to support and it was all filmed and exists on YouTube as attached -
I am very happy to announce the 50th release by Dret Skivor - the label has been running for just over 5 years and today Legion of Swine is proud to be the subject of the 50th release. There is a limited edition CD available (4 only), so be quick and get in there!

I was asked to provide music for a compilation for Aachen label Benevolent Pain and here it is and is released today. Nice!
My friend took a couple of photos when myself and Karl Boson completed our installation at Larrys Corner in Stockholm. We combined forces as The Boson Procter Pan-galactic Space Jazz Experience. Or that is what I have called us.
The process of mixing and mastering is well underway for the second Loaf of Beard LP. There is no title as yet, but we promise you an LP to be enjoyed. Expect electropunk, elements of drum and bass and jungle, songs about elks, the arseholes who run the world, the mundanity of mobile phones, right wing edgelords and so on. Gripping stuff.
